We put all applicants through a vigorous screening process which includes; psychological profile questionnaires, FBI background checks and guard certification. Many of the operatives are graduates of the Executive Protection Institute in Virginia. All applicants must adhere to the companies strict standards in ethics and dress code. They must also maintain a professional attitude and demeanor while on any assignment.
